Completed projects:

  • Strengthen the management of the ArchEnerg Cluster

Developing the management and the services of the cluster, preparing joint research and development projects, benchmarking.

Ongoing projects:

    Implementation of environmental, energetical and waste management development within the confines of the Archenerg ClusterRegional sample project about the energetical utilisation of plastic wastes by pyrolysis with the co-operation of 6 cluster member companies.


  1. Kassetts programmeInternational project with an Italian leading partner. The project is supporting those SMEs whose do not have regular transportation with smaller packages. Applying ICT based network the SME’s are connected to the most appropriate logistic companies by the logistic brokers. Thus they are supported with efficient transport routes. The less traffic results in lower transaction costs to the SME’s and of course in less emission of greenhouse gases.


  1. HURO project - Hungary-Romania cross-border project about water purification Hungary and Romania have at the border area similar water quality problems of the countryside communities. For small family farms, the major source of drinking water is the family well, usually collecting water from the water table. The projects aim is to monitor the water quality of the family wells and identify the suitable method for water potabilization using renewable energy (water-cleaning device). The lead partner is the West University of Timisoara (Romania).

    1. Promoting the establishment of renewable energy clusters in the Hungarian-Romanian cross-border area by transferring the Hungarian best-practices
    2. Performance assessment of energy efficient houses through monitoring.
    3. Nearly zero-energy public buildings as a model of energy-efficiency measures and renewable energy technologies.
    4. Assessment, the analysis and optimization of location for RES, used in the household, using specific benchmarking methods.
    5. A practical ecodevice for potable water using renewable energy with general accessibility for small communities.
