Anthony Kez, Canadian Relations Vice-Chairman held a welcome speech than introduced the cluster and the SMARTENERGY project. The first presentation was performed by Ádám Korbuly from OrtoGraph Ltd. He spoke the advantages of Operational BIM, the always up-to-date Digital Twin supporting Facility and Maintenance Management. 


The following presentation was held by Károly Bus by Masuko Ltd. His company has produced additives over the years for various wastes as well as for the production of concrete products. The additive is patented internationally (USA, China, India, Turkey, Indonesia, Chile), which can be used in many areas of construction.


The third presentation was performed from Dan Stoian from the University of Timisoara. He spoke about Blower Door measurement and airtightness. The Blower Door test is used primarily in passive houses, but can often be an important test in industrial buildings as well. With the Blower Door measurement, you can find out how much air leaves the sealed building per hour. With the Blower Door test, the quality of the connections and seals of the housing can be practically measured. With Blower Door measurement results, contractors can prove the quality of the work done, while homeowners can check the air tightness of a building during a sale.


The fourth presentation was performed by Csaba Janurik from Horizont Global Ltd. He mentioned the lightweight steel frame construction technology, which is one of the most popular building systems worldwide.


Finally, the series ended with presentation by Eszter Tanka from IFKA Public Benefit Non-profit Limited CompanyShe mentioned the Green National Champions program, its benefits and goals. The program aims to help small and medium-sized businesses.
