The project brief summary :
In nowadays the manufacturing technology currently commonly used in the baking industry relies heavily on human labor, and at some points on professional knowledge. The growing market demand for quantity and quality, as well as the shortage of labour, make it necessary to automate production processes as much as possible. The design of production lines is most optimal in the situation outlined above, where human work is only required in a control-supervisory manner. The technology to be developed is important not only in the baking industry, but also for all medium and large enterprises that process their products from raw materials with characteristic physical properties, primarily with a relatively high pretension for manual labor.
Material transfer systems are an integral part of the automation of the production process. In addition to the former, robots are an essential part of automated production, which play a role in the design of the dough, the sorting of the baked products and the stacking in several packages, and their operation is complemented by various recognition systems.
