The Final RENOINVEST Newsletter Is Now Available
We are pleased to announce the publication of the 9th RENOINVEST Newsletter – April 2026 Edition, marking the final newsletter of the RENOINVEST project.
As the project comes to a close, this edition provides an overview of the latest project results, key policy developments, and final knowledge outputs supporting smarter investment in sustainable building renovation across Austria, Hungary and Slovenia.
The newsletter highlights several important updates, including the European Commission’s new energy efficiency financing package, the Austrian national roundtable on municipal renovation financing, and the publication of RENOINVEST’s comparative Policy Analysis and National Policy Briefs. It also presents the ongoing endorsement process for the National Action Plans and invites further stakeholders to support the project’s recommendations.
Although RENOINVEST formally ended on 1 April 2026, its results and partnerships will continue to support dialogue and implementation through the national Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition and related cooperation activities.
We would like to sincerely thank all partners, stakeholders and experts who contributed to the project and helped strengthen the foundations for more sustainable, energy-efficient and climate-neutral buildings in Central Europe.
