The event, hosted within the impressive walls of the Erkel Ferenc Cultural Center, was opened by Prof. Antal Véha, representing the Archenerg-Metal Cluster. In his opening speech, he emphasized that in the current global economic environment, the keys to survival and growth are rapid adaptation and professional collaboration.

One of the strongest focus areas of the professional sessions was the industrial applicability of Artificial Intelligence (AI)and cybersecurity. Speakers highlighted that AI is no longer a distant future but a present-day tool for boosting efficiency, whether in production optimization or predictive maintenance. In parallel, however, priority must be given to data protection, as cyber threats have escalated to a new level with the widespread adoption of digitalization.

Participants received detailed information on the practical advantages of operating with an ESG approach(Environmental, Social, and Governance), which has now become a cornerstone of creditworthiness and partner trust. Additionally, the specific supplier requirements of the defense industry were discussed, representing a potential new breakthrough point for many machinery companies.

To conclude the program, current grant and funding opportunities were presented, outlining concrete pathways for financing development projects.

The buffet lunch and coffee breaks between the professional presentations provided an excellent opportunity for informal discussions. Cluster members and entrepreneurs from the region engaged in direct dialogue with the speakers, laying the foundations for new partnerships.

The Archenerg-Metál Cluster remains committed to supporting the competitiveness of its members and the development of domestic industry through high-quality events in the future.
