The participation of the Archenerg-Metal Cluster at the Vietnam Business Forum, organized by the Csongrád-Csanád County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was of paramount importance, particularly due to the overlap between the sectors represented by the Vietnamese delegation and the Cluster's focus areas. The event provided an excellent opportunity to encourage direct market entry for Cluster members, establish connections with potential partners, and deepen international cooperation.

Dóra Csernus, the Director for Climate, Energy, and Environmental Policy at the Egyensúly Intézet, has two decades of experience in international and domestic policymaking, whether it be work at the OECD, ministerial roles, or university teaching. The economist and sustainability expert has now focused on strategic questions aimed at incentivizing businesses at the Archenerg-Metál Cluster conference.

The Radnóti Café event venue at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Szeged hosted a professional conference on October 29th, titled “The Impact of New Elements of Regional Development Strategy on Stimulating Hungarian Businesses and Promoting Cluster Networking.” The conference was a joint initiative of the Archenerg-Metál Cluster and the Egyensúly Intézet, aimed at fostering collaborative thinking.

The Archenerg-Metal Cluster is pleased to announce that tomorrow, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, it will host an innovative conference and discussion forum in the pleasant setting of the SZTE BTK Café Radnóti (Szeged, Egyetem utca 2.). The central theme of this high-profile professional event is: “The impact of new elements of the regional development strategy on stimulating Hungarian businesses and fostering cluster networking.”
The event's unique feature is its café environment, providing a relaxed, inspiring space for professional exchange and collaborative thinking. Our goal is to leverage international experts to facilitate the synergy between regional development strategies and business stimulation concepts, particularly in terms of benefits for cluster members. The conference focuses on innovative approaches and future resilience, clearly demonstrated by the prominent participation of the Balance Institute (Egyensúly Intézet).

The European Commission (EC), through the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), hosted the EU–UAE Matchmaking Event in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), between October 1–3, 2025. The event was organized in collaboration with the UAE's Ministries of Economy, Tourism, Energy and Infrastructure, and Foreign Trade, and took place in the context of the WETEX 2025 exhibition. The Archenerg-Metál Cluster was represented by Anthony Kez, Vice President for International Affairs. The objective was clear: to stimulate Cluster-to-Cluster (C2C), Cluster-to-Business (C2B), and Business-to-Business (B2B) cooperation between the EU and the UAE, focusing on sectors aligned with the green and digital transition.

Irina Szőcs, project manager of the Archenerg-Metál Cluster, successfully represented the Cluster at the V International Women's Business Forum held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, under the title "Centuries-old Traditions of Applied Arts of the Turkic Peoples." The event provided an outstanding opportunity to expand international cooperation and learn about key topics relevant to the cluster.

The Archenerg-Metal United International Innovation Cluster for Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, and Construction Industry places a high emphasis on professional dialogue and building fruitful connections. Its recent active presence at the "Energy of the Countryside" professional forum was a successful example of this commitment. The Cluster didn't just attend the prestigious event held at the ELI ALPS Laser Research Institute as a passive audience member or sponsor, but actively and strategically reinforced its position in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Urgent global problems and the digitalization of the construction industry—the rise of Artificial Intelligence is no longer a vision, but a tool to be applied today. Recognizing this, the Archenerg-Metál Cluster, active in the heavy industry and metal processing sectors, will participate in the leading professional event, the INFOTÉR CONTECH 2025 Conference on October 16–17, to gain first-hand experience with the latest technological breakthroughs.

Clusters—networks of companies, research institutions, and public actors in an innovation ecosystem—play a key role in Europe's green industrial transition and in strengthening its regional resilience. This was the purpose of the two-day Clusters Meet Regions event in Vaasa, Finland, where European policymakers, industry leaders, and cluster managers collaboratively developed action strategies.
The event focused on how to align regional resources and knowledge with European-level priorities for sustainable economic growth. Hungary and the region were represented by Ágnes Gonda, International Officer for the ArchEnerg-Metál Cluster, who showcased domestic energy efficiency and green building innovations.

The XXV. Szeged Bio-Architectural Days will be held at the Sándor Bálint Cultural Center between October 7 and 31, 2025. The Hungarian Bio-Architectural Association and the Sándor Bálint Cultural Center warmly welcome all interested attendees to this jubilee event, which is the flagship event of Bio-Architecture Month 2025!
A highlight of the professional days will be the presentation on October 8 by Péter Fritz, Vice-President of the Archenerg-Metal Cluster, who will detail the effects of the physical parameters of hemp houses on thermal comfort.
