Hungarian-Uzbek Cooperation in the Field of Renewable Energy and Construction
A Cooperation Agreement was signed between ArchEnerg Cluster and Surkhandarya Region of Uzbekistan to develop and deepen mutually beneficial economic, industrial, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of renewable energy and construction.

The parties are partners in the project "ICBUILD - Increasing the internationalization of the circular economy in the built environment". The project is carried out by the European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC), The Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), and Invest India in the field of circular construction.

The renewal meeting of the Archenerg Cluster 2024 was held in Kecskemét, where Prof. Dr. István Bíró, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering of the SZTE took over the chairmanship of the cluster. Dr. Gyula Nagy, Head of the Lifelong Learning Development Programme of the IKIKK Education Modernisation and Innovation Cluster and Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Geography and Earth Sciences, holds one of the Vice-Chair positions.
