The construction and real estate industry is facing major challenges: high costs, strict lending policies and complex subsidies are slowing down the implementation of climate targets. The RENOINVEST project brings together experts from finance, real estate, the construction industry and politics – in Austria, Hungary and Slovenia. Together, they are developing solutions for sustainable renovation financing.
In January 2026, the international round table in Austria will present the national action plans for the first time, featuring best-practice examples and recommendations. Join the discussion, get inspired, and learn how successful financing models work.
A special highlight: the introduction of the EEFC (European Energy Financing Coalition). As part of this initiative, work will continue in national hubs in all three countries – paving the way for long-term, Europe-wide collaboration.
