We kindly invite you to the final national roundtable of the RENOINVEST project, which is planned to take place on Thursday, 27 November 2025, between 9:00 and 14:00 at the ÉMI office building in Szentendre.

About the event
The aim of the final national roundtable is to discuss, together with key Hungarian stakeholders, the Action Plan proposals for accelerating the renovation of condominium and municipal buildings, developed by the thematic RENOINVEST working groups in recent months.
In addition to introductory presentations, the programme will include two panel discussions:

Renovation of multi-apartment (condominium) buildings – discussion of Action Plan proposals

Renovation of municipal buildings – discussion of Action Plan proposals
The proposed Action Plan seeks to address, among others, the following challenges:

staged (step-by-step) building renovation,
-
application of circular economy and nature-based solutions,
-
integration of energy communities and renewable energy sources,
-
monitoring and visualisation of energy consumption,
-
incentivising the involvement of private financing.
During the event, the Hungarian project partners will present the set of policy and practical measures developed on the basis of the experience and feedback collected during thematic working group meetings and roundtables. These proposals will then be discussed jointly with participants and, where needed, refined and further elaborated.
A key focus will be on what steps can support the creation of a sustainable financing framework, and how private capital can be mobilised more effectively for building renovation.
