As the RENOINVEST project comes to a close, the consortium is pleased to share the key results, publications and knowledge materials developed throughout the project. These outputs reflect more than two years of cooperation, stakeholder dialogue and joint work on accelerating sustainable building renovation in Austria, Hungary and Slovenia.

RENOINVEST has brought together public authorities, financial institutions, municipalities, construction-sector representatives, technical experts, research organisations and other key stakeholders to explore how energy-efficient building renovation can be supported through smarter investment frameworks, innovative financing models and stronger cooperation across sectors.

The project results are available on the RENOINVEST website, providing a comprehensive knowledge base for stakeholders working on sustainable renovation finance, policy development and practical implementation.

The available materials include public deliverables, national and international roundtable reports, Action Plans, Policy Briefs, Cross-Border Recommendations, pilot case documentation, stakeholder endorsement agreements, newsletters, press releases and event summaries.

Among the key results, stakeholders can find the National Action Plans for Austria, Hungary and Slovenia, which present practical measures tailored to each national context. The Policy Briefs provide concise recommendations for decision-makers, while the Cross-Border Recommendations highlight shared challenges, transferable good practices and opportunities for further cooperation between the three countries.

The RENOINVEST website also provides access to the Best Practice Handbook on Sustainable Building Renovations, the Final Reports on National and International Roundtables, and the Documentation of Pilot Cases, which showcase practical examples, stakeholder insights and lessons learned from the project.

In addition to the formal deliverables, the project website includes a collection of newsletters, event summaries, presentations and communication materials, offering an accessible overview of the project’s main activities and outcomes. These materials are intended to support municipalities, financial actors, policymakers, professional organisations and market stakeholders in applying the project’s findings in future renovation initiatives.

Although the project is reaching its formal conclusion, the results of RENOINVEST are designed to support continued action beyond the project lifetime. The project has demonstrated that scaling up sustainable building renovation requires long-term financing frameworks, coordinated policy action, accessible advisory support, stakeholder cooperation and stronger links between public and private investment.

Stakeholders are invited to explore the full collection of RENOINVEST results, deliverables, summaries and newsletters on the project website.
