The construction and real estate sector is facing major challenges: rising costs, stricter lending conditions, and complex subsidy schemes are slowing down progress toward climate targets. RENOINVEST brings together experts from finance, real estate, construction, and policy across Austria, Hungary, and Slovenia to co-create solutions for scalable, sustainable renovation finance.

In January 2026, the final RENOINVEST International Roundtable in Austria will present the national Action Plans for the first time, including best-practice examples and recommendations to support implementation through 2030. Join the discussion, get inspired, and explore what makes financing models work in practice.

Special highlight: EEEFC (European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition)

A key part of the programme is the introduction of the EEEFC, including its vision, objectives and work programme at EU level and through national hubs. This initiative will continue the collaboration in all three countries and support long-term, Europe-wide cooperation.
