The ArchEnerg-Metál Cluster has reached another important milestone in its regional engagement: the organization has officially joined the Csongrád-Csanád County Employment and Economic Development Pact. The decision to join was made at the Pact Partnership Forum meeting held in Szeged at the Belvedere Palace Community Space, as a result of which the cluster will be able to participate as an active partner in the county’s employment and economic development initiatives in the future. Joining the pact, which operates under project ID TOP_PLUSZ-3.1.1-21-CS1-2022-00001, creates new opportunities for cooperation in regional economic development, strengthening the labor market, increasing the competitiveness of businesses, and promoting green, energy, and industrial innovations.

On Sunday, Széchenyi Square in Szeged became a hub for electromobility and environmental awareness. At the E-Street Parade, alongside drones, electric cars, concept trucks, and the electric trolleybus familiar to locals, renowned experts and athletes explored the transportation possibilities of the future. In line with the event’s message and objectives, the Archenerg-Metál Cluster also emphasizes that it considers electromobility and sustainability to be of paramount importance, with a particular focus on micromobility devices and their integration into urban environments.

The Automechanika Frankfurt trade show, the most important global gathering of the automotive and supplier industries, was held from September 8 to 12. This year’s event featured an exceptionally strong Hungarian presence, and the Archenerg-Metál Cluster was among the exhibitors represented at the HEPA Hungarian Export Development Agency’s shared booth.

A new international dimension is set to expand Hungary's bio-based economic development: professional alignment has begun between the Australian Industrial Hemp Alliance (AIHA) and Hungarian industrial fiber innovation initiatives. As a partner of the Archenerg-Metál Cluster, the Hungarian Hemp Association is participating in the process, bridging the domestic agricultural and raw material production base with the cluster’s extensive industrial, construction, and innovation network.

At the beginning of July, professional guests arrived from Uzbekistan, who during their visit to Hungary learned about several outstanding innovation and industrial cooperation opportunities. The visit concluded very productively and laid solid foundations for future joint projects.

Conference on Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency Organized jointly by the Archenerg-Metal Cluster and the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain, prominent players from the domestic and international energy sectors, the construction industry, and sustainable mobility gathered in Budapest. The professional discourse focused on the integration of renewable energy sources, increasing efficiency, and long-term economic synergies between the two countries.

We are delighted to announce that the Archenerg Cluster is participating as a consortium partner in the large-scale international project called reADAPT (re-using the Public Property Portfolio by Adaptive, Digitalized, Agile, Participatory Transformation). The initiative aims to revolutionize the renewal of Europe’s public building stock—including university campuses, municipal properties, and community facilities.

The Archenerg-Metal Cluster recently attended the GreenTech conference in Zalaegerszeg, the country's most innovative exhibition and professional forum. At the event, subtitled "Open Dialogue on the Challenges of Energetics," our cluster did not merely showcase our partners' latest industrial and technological developments as an exhibitor. Through our strategic partner, Wingain Európa Kft., we also actively made our voice heard in the highest-level energy policy roundtable discussion.
